We offer a 15-day return policy on unopened, original packaged items with a 20% restocking fee. If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your item to request a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item. We cannot accept items that have been used or opened for return.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return criteria. If the item is eligible for return, we will issue a refund minus the 20% restocking fee. The refund will be processed in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
In addition to returns, we also offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your item to request an exchange authorization number and instructions on how to exchange the item. Please note that any price difference between the exchanged items must be paid prior to shipping the replacement. We will not ship the replacement item until we have received the original item.
If the item you received was damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can assist with an exchange or return at no cost to you.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping for any returns or exchanges. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return shipping.
